This product is created by combining refined lamprey oil extracted from natural lamprey and vitamin A oil.

It is a medicament that provides vitamin A replenishment during pregnancy and while nursing, for dry eyes,

loss of stamina during and after an illness and during a person's growth period.


【Indications】

Provides relief for the following symptoms: dry eyes, night-blindness.

Vitamin A replenishment in the following cases:

During pregnancy and while nursing, loss of stamina during and after an illness and during a person's growth period.


【Ingredients】

6 capsules (daily dose for an adult) contain the following ingredients.

Ingredients(Quantities 6 capsules)

Purified Lamprey contained oil 495.0mg

Vitamin A oil（30,000 IU/g ） 0.9mg


Inactive ingredients : soybean oil, concentrated glycerin and p-hydroxybenzoate esters.



【Dosage and administration】

Age Single Dose Doses per day

Adult(15 years old and over) 2 capsules 3times/day after meals

Over 5 years of age and under 15 years 1 capsule 3times/day after meals

1.次の人は服用前に医師、薬剤師又は登録販売者に相談して下さい。

(1)医師の治療を受けている人

(2)妊娠3ヵ月以内の妊婦、妊娠していると思われる人または妊娠を希望する人

〔妊娠3ヵ月前から妊娠3ヵ月までの間にビタミンAを1日10,000国際単位以上

摂取した妊婦から生まれた児に先天異常の割合が上昇したとの報告があります。〕


2.服用後、次の症状があらわれた場合は副作用の可能性があるので、

直ちに服用を中止し,この文書を持って医師、薬剤師又は登録販売者に相談して下さい。

●効能・効果

＜用法・用量に関連する注意＞

●保管及び取扱いの注意

(1)高温多湿及び直射日光を避け、涼しいところに保管して下さい。(冷蔵庫には入れないで下さい)

(2)小児の手のとどかない所に保管して下さい。

(3)製品が入っているチャック付ビニール袋は特殊加工品です。品質の安定保持の為、他の容器に入れ替えないで下さい。

(4)開封後は、なるべく早く服用して下さい。

(5)使用期限を過ぎた製品は服用しないで下さい。
