TWIST-IN RO/RODI CARTRIDGES PACK ? AquaticLife RO/RODI replacement cartridges pack includes Twist-In (1) Carbon Block Filter, (1) Sediment, (1) 100 GPD TFC Membrane, and (1) Deionization Cartridge.
SEDIMENT CARTRIDGE ? The Sediment Filter Cartridge captures and reduces unwanted particulate material such as sand, silt, and rust from water which affect the taste and appearance of your water.
CARBON BLOCK FILTER ? The Activated Carbon Block Filter is the second stage of your RO unit. It reduces chlorine by up to 99% and conditions the water prior to the RO Membrane for up to six months.
TFC MEMBRANE FILTER ? Thin Film Composite (TFC) Membrane reduces impurities known as Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) from the water down to 1/10,000 of a micron, reducing harmful substances.
COLOR CHANGING DI RESIN ? The mixed bed deionization resin reduces Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) to zero in the final stage of an RO/DI unit. It uses Cations and Anions to remove TDS from water.

The AquaticLife RO/RODI replacement cartridges pack for 3 and 4 stage reverse osmosis/deionization water filter systems include (1) Sediment Filter Cartridge, (1) Carbon Block Filter Cartridge, (1) 100 GPD TFC Membrane Filter and (1) Deionization Filter Cartridge. Designed to simply "Twist-In" to the pivoting head on the Aquatic Life 75 and 100 GPD Models of the Twist-In RO and RO/DI units.

Stage 1 Twist-In Sediment Filter Cartridge: Captures and reduces unwanted particulate material such as sand, silt, and rust from water which affect the taste and appearance of your water. Replace every 3-6 months or 2,500 gallons of total water passing through the cartridge. It has a translucent polyethylene housing for easy viewing of the cartridge condition to know when it's time to replace.

Stage 2 Twist-In Carbon Block Filter Cartridge: The second stage of your RO unit is a Carbon Block Filter. The Activated Carbon in the filter removes 1 PPM chlorine for up to 2,500 gallons of water and conditions the water prior to the RO Membrane. Recommend replacing every 3-6 months.

Stage 3 Twist-In TFC Membrane Filter: Thin Film Composite (TFC) Membrane for standard RO systems and the RO Buddie features polyamide membrane material with a negative charge that removes harmful substances. Two-year life.

Stage 4 Twist-In Color-Changing Resin Deionization Filter Cartridge: Uses Cation and Anion resins (H+ and OH-) to remove Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) from membrane-filtered water. Replace filter when resin changes color completely to tan. The cartridge has a translucent lower housing for easy viewing of the cartridge to know when it's time to replace it.
