1973年のデビュー・アルバム『Queen』改め『Queen I』が、発表から半世紀以上を経て、 リミックス及び修復を施されバンド自身が長年望んでいたサウンドに生まれ変わった。 |
[6CD+1LP]から成るこのセットには、43曲の新ミックスが追加され、全63曲を収録。 アルバム本編では、発表当時に元々予定されていたトラックリストを復元。 また、スタジオ内でのメンバー達の親密な様子をありのままに捉えた音源や、 デモ、レアなライヴ音源、さらに1970年8月にロンドンで行われた Queen初のライヴ・パフォーマンスの未発表音源も収録。 1973年のリリース時にはオリジナル・アルバムに収録されていなかった「Mad The Swine」が、 本来予定されていた曲順通りに復活を果たした。 また、手書きの歌詞や本作に関わる貴重な資料が収められた全108ページのブックが付属。 |
